All staff of Yunnan Sparking Science and Technology Co., Ltd. gathered at Dianchi Taohuali Mountain-Sea Campsite in Jinning District to grandly hold the Fiscal Year 2025–2026 Work Summary and Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Work Plan Conference.

会议于上午9点正式拉开帷幕。来自各业务板块与职能中心的负责人依次登台，围绕 2025-2026 财年工作完成情况进行系统汇报，深入剖析成绩与不足，并对 2026-2027 财年的重点工作作出科学规划。

各中心、部门负责人，分别从技术研发、产品创新、品质管控、生产制造、市场拓展、运营管理等维度，全面呈现了过去一财年的奋斗成果与成长收获，同时直面挑战、深挖问题，提出了切实可行的改进路径与发展方略，展现出云烁人务实求真、锐意进取的团队风貌。

Review & Dig Deep, Unite Strength to Forge Ahead

The conference officially kicked off at 9 a.m. Heads of all business segments and functional centers took the stage in sequence. They delivered systematic reports on the completion of work in Fiscal Year 2025–2026, thoroughly analyzed achievements and deficiencies, and formulated scientific plans for key tasks of Fiscal Year 2026–2027.

Person in charge of each center and department comprehensively shared the hard-won achievements and progress of the past fiscal year from multiple perspectives including R&D, product innovation, quality control, manufacturing, market expansion and operation management. They faced challenges squarely, dug deep into existing problems, and put forward practical improvement measures and development strategies. Their performance fully embodies the pragmatic, truth-seeking, enterprising spirit of all Yunnan Sparking team members.

分公司总经理和公司副总裁谭悄然、李勤忠、李锐、马骉、杨正聪分别结合分管业务领域，对各板块运营情况进行了系统梳理。对过去一年团队取得的成绩，同时强调在复杂多变的市场环境中，必须保持战略定力、强化协同联动、聚焦核心目标，为新财年工作指明了整合资源、精准发力的前进方向。

General Managers of all branches and Corporate Vice Presidents Tan Qiaoran, Li Qinzhong, Li Rui, Ma Biao and Yang Zhengcong systematically sorted out the operation status of each business segment based on their respective management portfolios.

They fully affirmed the achievements made by all teams over the past year. Meanwhile, they stressed that amid the volatile and complex market landscape, the company must maintain strategic resolve, strengthen cross-departmental collaboration and stay focused on core objectives. Their remarks have clarified the direction for the new fiscal year: integrate resources and deploy targeted efforts.

会上举行了庄严的 2026-2027 财年目标责任书签订仪式。各业务板块负责人郑重接过目标责任书，签下的不仅是一份承诺，更是一份使命与担当。这标志着新财年的战斗号角正式吹响，全体云烁人将以更加坚定的信念、更加昂扬的斗志，向着既定目标奋勇前行。

Anchor the Direction, Devise Overall Strategies

A solemn signing ceremony for Fiscal Year 2026–2027 Target Responsibility Agreements was held during the conference. Heads of each business segment took over the documents with solemnity. Their signatures stand for far more than promises — they embody profound missions and responsibilities.

This marks the official sound of the clarion call for the new fiscal year. All members of the Yunnan Sparking team will forge ahead toward established goals with firmer conviction and high-spirited morale.

总裁胡新在讲话中，对 2025-2026 财年整体工作进行了全面总结与深刻点评。他反复强调，我们应该不断思考当下我们所拥有的资源下我们应当做什么？新的财年，我们应该提高每个事项全跟进落实的执行力；要继续深耕核心技术、加快产品迭代、拓展市场边界，提升个人能力和团队能力，希望每个员工都变成不可替代的核心资源。

In his address, President Hu Xin delivered a comprehensive summary and in-depth review of all work completed in Fiscal Year 2025–2026. He emphasized repeatedly that we must constantly reflect on what we ought to accomplish based on the resources we currently possess.

For the new fiscal year, the company shall boost execution capacity by tracking and following through on every task in full. We will keep delving into core technologies, accelerate product iteration, expand market reach, and upgrade individual and team capabilities. He expressed his expectation that every employee can grow into an irreplaceable core asset of the enterprise.

董事长王涛作大会总结讲话。他指出，我们只是走出了产业布局，不要混淆我们的投资行为和我们的实业行为。云烁科技已经到了真正意义上的关键时期，站在新的发展起点上，公司要提高人效，持续优化内部协同机制与资源配置效率，积极拓展外部战略合作与资源支持，深化市场洞察与竞争研判，通过完善制度体系、强化执行能力，全面提升运营效能与经营业绩。他勉励全体同仁，要以更开阔的视野、更务实的作风、更坚韧的毅力，共同推动云烁科技实现稳健可持续的跨越式发展。

Chairman Wang Tao delivered the concluding speech of the conference. He pointed out that we have only completed the preliminary industrial layout, and we must draw a clear distinction between investment operations and industrial entity operations.

Yunnan Sparking Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has entered a truly critical stage of development. Standing at a new starting point, the company will improve manpower efficiency, continuously optimize internal collaboration mechanisms and the efficiency of resource allocation, proactively expand external strategic cooperation and resource support, and deepen market insight and competitive analysis. By refining institutional systems and strengthening execution capabilities, we will comprehensively boost operational efficiency and business performance.

He encouraged all colleagues to embrace a broader vision, adopt a more pragmatic work style and uphold greater perseverance, so as to jointly drive Yunnan Sparking Science and Technology Co., Ltd. toward steady, sustainable and leapfrog development.
