一元复始,万象更新。2026年1月4日,劲烁科技全体成员共聚一处,召开了2025年年终总结暨2026年工作规划会议,大家以回顾与前瞻的视野,共同梳理过去一年的成长足迹,展望即将展开的全新征程。
As the new year begins, everything is fresh and renewed. On January 4, 2026, all members of Jinsuo Technology gathered together to hold a grand meeting for the year-end summary of 2025 and the work planning for 2026. With a retrospective and prospective lens, everyone reviewed the growth footprints of the past year and looked forward to the upcoming new journey.
The meeting kicked off amidst a grand and enthusiastic atmosphere. Personnel from various positions sequentially took the stage, presenting systematic reports on the progress of key work, key achievements, and innovative results for 2025. While highlighting their achievements, they also realistically analyzed the current challenges and room for improvement, and proposed clear and feasible optimization strategies, fully reflecting the team's pragmatic and evolving spirit.
公司总裁胡新对技术中心明确工作成败,总结经验教训,为后续工作提供改进方向;以技术为核心,实现技术产品化、产品体系化、体系产业化,提升核心竞争力;对生产中心强调了生产环节的重要性,生产质量无小事,安全生产要警钟长鸣,生产制造能力、品质能力和体系能力的提升是重中之重,要在有序管理中完成生产;对营销中心明确了未来营销部门工作将围绕三大关键举措全面展开:一是制定清晰可衡量的销售目标,确保战略精准落地;二是实施客户分级与订单精细化管理,提升资源匹配效率;三是建立商务全流程标准化体系,通过SOP优化协作机制与响应速度,系统化驱动业务提质增效,为业绩突破注入持续动能。
President Hu Xin, the company's CEO, emphasized to the Technology Center the significance of the success or failure of work, summarized experience and lessons, and provided directions for improvement for subsequent work. Focusing on technology, the company aims to achieve the productization of technology, systematization of products, and industrialization of systems, thereby enhancing its core competitiveness. To the Production Center, he emphasized the significance of production processes, stating that production quality is of utmost importance, and safety production must be a constant concern. Enhancing production, quality, and system capabilities is of paramount importance, and production must be completed in an orderly management manner. To the Marketing Center, he clarified that the future work of the marketing department will be comprehensively carried out around three key initiatives: first, setting clear and measurable sales targets to ensure precise implementation of strategies; second, implementing customer classification and order refinement management to improve resource matching efficiency; third, establishing a standardized system for the entire business process, optimizing collaboration mechanisms and response speed through SOPs, systematically driving business quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, and injecting continuous momentum into performance breakthroughs.
