2020年11月至今，肖选虎来到云南云烁科技有限公司，先后任新材料研究中心总监、产品事业部总经理——从技术到管理，从研发到产品，全面掌舵。是公司烟草工程高级工程师，同时受聘为云南农业大学临聘教师，是典型的“双师型”技术骨干。

Since November 2020, Xiao Xuanhu has been working at Yunnan Sparking Technology Co., Ltd., serving successively as the Director of the New Material Research Center and the General Manager of the Product Business Department, steering the ship from technology to management and from research and development to products. He is a senior engineer in tobacco engineering at the company and is also employed as a temporary teacher at Yunnan Agricultural University, making him a typical "double-qualified" technical backbone.

他工作期间承担或参与完成中国烟草总公司、省科技厅、市科技局及企业内部立项等科技项目共计13项，发表学术论文19篇，获得6项发明专利授权、7项实用新型专利授权。先后荣获云南省“科学技术进步奖”二等奖、昆明市“科学技术进步奖”三等奖、云南省“专利奖”三等奖。

During his work, he has undertaken or participated in a total of 13 scientific and technological projects, including those initiated by China Tobacco Corporation, provincial science and technology departments, municipal science and technology bureaus, and internal projects within the enterprise. He has published 19 academic papers and obtained 6 invention patents and 7 utility model patents. He has successively won the second prize of "Science and Technology Progress Award" in Yunnan Province, the third prize of "Science and Technology Progress Award" in Kunming City, and the third prize of "Patent Award" in Yunnan Province.

日复一日的匠心训练，练就过硬本领

Day after day, through meticulous training, one acquires exceptional skills

作为三级调香师，肖选虎每天清晨都会准时走进实验室，对单体香料逐一嗅辨，持续约30分钟。这并非简单的工作流程，而是他雷打不动的“晨课”——加深香气记忆，精进感官敏锐度。

As a third-level perfumer, Xiao Xuanhu walks into the laboratory punctually every morning to sniff and identify individual fragrances one by one, a process that lasts about 30 minutes. This is not a simple workflow, but his unwavering "morning lesson" - to deepen his memory of fragrances and enhance his sensory acuity.

随后，他便投入创香工作：拟配方、称小样、嗅辨评价、反复调整……工作结束时，认真整理归档配方文件及技术资料。每一款香精的问世，都经历了这样一个严谨、细致的研发闭环。

Subsequently, he devoted himself to the creation of fragrances: formulating, weighing samples, evaluating through olfactory assessment, and making repeated adjustments... Upon completion of the work, he carefully organized and archived the formula documents and technical materials. The advent of each fragrance has undergone such a rigorous and meticulous research and development loop.

精雕细琢，以品质诠释品牌承诺

对于公司而言，品质不是一句口号，而是刻在每一个研发环节里的标准。肖选虎调配一款香精通常需要1到3个工作日，一个配方往往要修改8到15次。他坚信，嗅香训练没有捷径——反复嗅辨强化香气记忆，结合香料理化特性辅助理解，方能在调香时游刃有余。

For the company, quality is not just a slogan, but a standard engraved in every research and development process. Xiao Xuanhu usually needs 1 to 3 working days to blend a fragrance, and a formula often requires 8 to 15 revisions. He firmly believes that there is no shortcut to olfactory training - repeatedly smelling and reinforcing aroma memory, combined with understanding the physicochemical properties of fragrances, is the only way to master fragrance blending.

His philosophy of perfumery: science as the foundation, art as the soul

在肖选虎看来，调香不是玄学，而是建立在严谨科学之上的创造性艺术。

In Xiao Xuanhu's view, perfumery is not a mysterious art, but a creative art based on rigorous science.

他这样定义“一款好烟草香精”的核心标准：

He defined the core criteria for "a good tobacco essence" as follows:

· 香精香料适配性与抽吸舒适度

· Essence and flavor compatibility, as well as smoking comfort

· 风格辨识度与特征稳定性

· Style identification and feature stability

· 真实还原与自然感

· True reproduction and natural feel

他强调：在烟草香精领域，安全合规、烟气稳定永远优先于创意。科学属性比艺术属性更重要。但一位优秀的调香师，必须兼具科学严谨与艺术敏感度。

He emphasized that in the field of tobacco essence, safety compliance and smoke stability always take precedence over creativity. Scientific attributes are more important than artistic attributes. However, an excellent perfumer must possess both scientific rigor and artistic sensitivity.

给年轻调香师的忠告：耐心比天赋更重要

Advice for young perfumers: patience is more important than talent

“调香不是速成技能。”肖选虎说。

"Fragrance blending is not a quick-fix skill," said Xiao Xuanhu.

· 至少3~5年，才能独立承担常规配方；

· It takes at least 3 to 5 years to independently undertake regular formula formulation;

· 10年以上，才可能形成自己的风格。

It takes more than 10 years to develop one's own unique style.

他还特别提醒：香精不是孤立存在的。了解卷烟工艺、加热不燃烧技术、雾化设备、烟用材料——只有懂应用，才能调出好香精。

He also emphasized that essence does not exist in isolation. Understanding cigarette technology, heated non-combustion technology, atomization equipment, and tobacco materials - only by understanding the application can one create good essences.

坚持嗅辨、记香、辨杂气，训练对烟气、喉部刺激、余味的敏感度——这是烟草调香最核心的能力，没有捷径。

Persist in smelling, memorizing fragrances, and distinguishing mixed odors, and train sensitivity to smoke, throat irritation, and aftertaste - this is the core ability in tobacco flavoring, and there is no shortcut.
